We're committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about delivery:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 5-12 business days (not including processing time), depending on the destination
- Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, destination, or factors beyond our control (such as weather or customs inspections)
- Once a package is handed off to the carrier, Zenithj has no control over transit delays
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order total and destination
- Some promotions may offer free shipping on qualifying orders — please refer to the checkout page for details
International Orders
- International orders (outside the US) may require additional customs clearance time
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Zenithj
- International orders will not receive a prepaid return label (see our Returns & Exchanges policy)
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email
- If tracking information hasn't updated in a while or your package appears lost, please reach out via our Contact Us page
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; Zenithj is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect address information
- If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we'll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment
